Audit & Finance Committee
Mission:
To assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities as they relate to the financial reporting process, internal controls, and the annual audit. The Committee will maintain an effective working relationship with the Board of Directors, ACGIH® management, and the organization's independent external auditors. The Committee shall prepare and submit to the Board of Directors each year an annual budget. The Committee shall have supervision over investing and reinvesting ACGIH® funds. The Committee shall meet at least once annually.
