Each registrant will receive a URL link to download the appropriate course materials prepared by the presenters. Materials may be duplicated for additional participants viewing the course at the same site. Materials will be available for download from approximately one week prior to Module 1 (September 12) until two weeks after Module 3 (September 26).
ACGIH® is pleased to offer attendees an audio option. U.S. and Canadian attendees can connect to the audio portion of the course via the toll-free audio telephone link or listen to the audio portion through an audio stream directly through their computer. Other international participants can listen via the audio stream without incurring additional telephone charges.*

Course Attendees Who Have Registered
Attendees seeking confirmation of attendance from ACGIH® must complete the test for each module and complete the self-paced case study and the course evaluation. Completed tests, case studies and course evaluations must be e-mailed to ACGIH® at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tests, case studies and course evaluations received within 30 days of the final module will be recorded and a certificate issued in a timely manner.
Course Attendees Needing to Register for the Tests and Case Study
Attendees who would like to purchase additional copies of the tests, the case study and evaluation in order to receive a certificate will be given a link to the ACGIH® website at the conclusion of the first module, which will allow them to register and pay $140.00 to access copies of the tests, case study and course evaluation.

Cancellations are not accepted for ACGIH® Distance Learning Events. However, we recognize that emergency situations do occur that may prevent you from attending the live event. In such a case, please contact Ryan Peltier at 513-742-2020 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements to receive an archived version of the course. The recorded version is typically available 2–3 weeks after the event. In the unlikely event that ACGIH® cancels this course, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Please review the information in our course confirmation notice and report any discrepancies to the ACGIH® office immediately.
