About the Presenter
Rachel Rubin, MD, MPH, FACP is a senior Public Health Medical Officer with the Cook County Department of Public Health and holds faculty appointments at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health and Rush University Medical College. Dr. Rubin’s area of responsibility within the health department includes oversight for the Communicable Diseases and Environmental Health Services units. She is also a practicing internist and specialist in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Rubin trained at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and has worked for the Cook County Health system for most of her career. In addition, Dr. Rubin spent two years in Mozambique working as a Public Health specialist and the district medical chief. Dr. Rubin is a 12-year member of ACGIH® and is currently serving as Chair of the ACGIH® Threshold Limit Values for Chemical Substances (TLV®-CS) Committee.
Each registrant will receive a URL link to download the appropriate webinar materials prepared by the presenters. Materials may be duplicated for additional participants viewing the webinar at the same site. Materials will be available for download approximately one week prior to the webinar and two weeks after the live webinar date.
Pricing includes one connection to the webinar, a toll-free audio telephone link from the U.S. and Canada*, streaming audio, a URL link to download any available webinar materials, and the recording of one test.

Test, Evaluation, and Certificate of Completion Information
Webinar Attendees Who Have Paid for the Test with Registration
Webinar attendees will be provided with a URL link to access the test and evaluation prior to the webinar. Attendees seeking confirmation of attendance from ACGIH® must complete the entire test and evaluation and mail or e-mail to ACGIH® at email@example.com. Tests postmarked within 30 days of the date of the webinar will be recorded and a Certificate of Completion will be issued in a timely manner.
Webinar Attendees Needing to Register for the Test
Attendees who would like to purchase a test and evaluation in order to receive a Certificate of Completion will be given a link to the ACGIH® website at the conclusion of the webinar, which will allow them to register and pay $35.00 to access the test and evaluation.
Attendees seeking confirmation of attendance from ACGIH® must complete the entire test and evaluation and mail or e-mail to ACGIH® at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tests postmarked within 30 days of the date of the webinar will be recorded and a Certificate of Completion will be issued in a timely manner. Tests received without proper registration and payment will not be recorded and will be discarded.
Cancellations are not accepted for ACGIH® Distance Learning Events. However, we recognize that emergency situations do occur that may prevent you from attending the live webinar event. In such a case, please contact Ryan Peltier at 513-742-2020 or email@example.com to make arrangements to receive a recording of the webinar. The recorded version is typically available 2–3 weeks after the event. In the unlikely event that ACGIH® cancels this webinar, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Please review the information in our webinar confirmation notice and report any discrepancies to the ACGIH® office immediately.
