Photo and Media Release

By completing registration for this class, I hereby grant permission to ACGIH, its representatives, employees, and authorized media partners to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, or participation during class activities and events.

I understand that these images or recordings may be used, without compensation, for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, digital, or broadcast media, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, and other organizational materials.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use to which it may be applied. I also release ACGIH, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of such images or recordings.
